WHAT IS BEARD OIL?
Beard oil is the first step in your beard journey! It is designed to help with beard itch and with dandruff (also called bearddruff). Our Beard Oil is designed to be the best on the market. Beard Oil is generally made with a carrier(s) oil, such as jojoba oil, argon oil, and others. We decided to take a different approach which really makes all the difference. We decided to start with sunflower and hemp seed. Then fuse it with other great oils like rice brand, meadowfoam seed, and rosehip that really help keep your beard soft and healthy.
WHAT IS BEARD BUTTER?
Beard Butter is a beard conditioner and an anti-itch product made to help you grow your beard with comfort. It is designed to be used once or twice a day. Most beardsmen use it at night before they go to bed, but after they use oil first!
WHAT IS BEARD BALM?
Beard Balms are made much like Beard Butter just with beeswax for a strong hold. It's designed to help maintaining those fly-aways.
WHAT IS MUSTACHE WAX?
Stache Wax has even more of a hold than the balm. Not saying it is only for the mustache, but normally you wouldn't want that much of a hold on your beard. Beard Shack Stache Wax is formulated for an easy application and long lasting hold for that beautiful mustache! Most beginner beardsmen like to use Mustache Wax to keep the hair off of the lip, while more experienced beardsmen use it for styling! HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE TO SHIP?
Our shipping policy is 2-3 days for handling just to play it safe, but we try to get it shipped sooner than that (typically same if not the next business day). If you have questions about where it is in the process we are always happy to help and get you the info. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as its shipped.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I USE?
Depending on what you are using.
Oil - a few drops for a short beard. More for a bigger. Normally a full dropper on a beard with the length of 8+ inches.
Balm and Butter - again, the size of the beard we generally recommend a thumb size. More if you have a bigger beard, unless you are using the balm just for the fly-always on the side. Regardless if which product you choose, rub it in your hands until its melted and then into your beard as needed. Please make sure that if it is an oil or butter, work it into the skin, not just the hair or outside.

Oils and butters are to nourish your skin and a little bit of your hair. Whereas balm is more for the holding property, but it does have some nourishment baked into it!
I FOUND SOMETHING IN MY PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
As we use all natural ingredients in our products, please not that we do use unrefined oils, butter, and waxes. With that, we take all precautions to prevent this! But just like all natural bees wax is produced by bees or shea butter is from the shea nut, we have found bee wings or little parts of a shea nut when we receive it. Remember these are raw ingredients packed with nutrients that are needed to make the best products! We make great strides to remove any and all foreign obstacles, but we are human and we may miss something. Please reach out to us!
